Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting a Sales Engineer for this cutting-edge company specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke machinery solutions for the Food and Beverage manufacturers across the globe.

We're looking for a dynamic, technically skilled Sales Engineer to represent their products and services across the EMEA region.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Engineer for the EMEA region, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying customer needs and providing tailored technical solutions. With a strong technical background, you will also be involved in the hands-on installation and commissioning of equipment, ensuring seamless integration and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across EMEA.
  • Identify and understand customer requirements to offer suitable technical solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations of machinery.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to customise machinery for specific client applications.
  • Oversee the full sales process, from initial consultation to final installation and commissioning.
  • Provide hands-on support for equipment installation, ensuring systems are fitted and functioning to specification.
  • Act as the technical liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Regularly travel within the EMEA region to visit clients and project sites.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Engineer role, preferably in the special purpose machinery, automation, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Hands-on experience with machinery installation, setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into customer-friendly language.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the EMEA region.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
