Main Duties:
- Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Mediate conflicts, enhance employee engagement, and support performance management to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Change & Culture Management: Drive change initiatives, ensure effective communication, and align HR practices with the company's culture and values.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating potential risks.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to guide leadership decisions on compensation, benefits, and overall HR strategies.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 5+ years HR experience
- Engineering, tech or manufacturing background
- Able to travel across the UK to other sites
- CIPD qualified
- Experience providing consultative advice to operational business leaders and establishing trusted relationships.
The salary for this position will be circa £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience.
