Juice have a brand new opportunity within a reputable professional services company employer here in Bath.
This role has arisen due to growth and will be reporting in to a newly promoted Operations Director.
DAY TO DAY:
Overseeing the central operations team to make sure all departments well positioned to support all internal departments
Ensuring a proactive approach to work through leadership and collaboration
Finding new and improved processes for operational excellence
Manage day to day IT requirements, liaising with 3rd party supplier to resolve technical outages and issue promptly
Acting as the point of contact for any queries and updates to the CRM system and application
Supporting HR with new starters and leavers eg passwords, laptops, basic facilities inductions
Managing Health and Safety processes and procedures across the firm
Helping the Operations Director to develop and enhance processes and procedures for efficiency
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
Strong background in team leading and decision making
A naturally proactive and positive approach
Someone who is a car driver to travel occasionally to other sites within an 1 hour drive
A high-level of organisational skills
Ability to multi task and meet deadlines
Professional or regulated environment
