**About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to support the students and teaching staff in a Secondary School in Lambeth. This is a full-time, long-term position, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the education sector.
**Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
- Help with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Support students with additional needs, ensuring they have equal access to learning.
- Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
**Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A strong desire to pursue a career in education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Previous child-based experience is preferred but not required.
