- CCAB fully qualified or similar
- Master's Degree of equivalent in experience
- Expert knowledge and understanding of Strategic NHS priorities
- Detailed knowledge of NHS and private sector financial management techniques and regulations,
- Expert knowledge or accounting policies and regulations
