About the Role:
Join our welcoming school in Winterbourne as a SEN Teaching Assistant. This permanent, full-time role involves providing dedicated support to students with special educational needs in a structured and positive environment. Working alongside a passionate team, you'll help create meaningful learning experiences for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other learning challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and small-group support, ensuring accessible learning for SEN students.

- Adapt curriculum tasks to support diverse learning needs.
- Track student progress and report insights to support individual development.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior SEN experience is beneficial but not essential for committed individuals.

- Qualifications: GCSE Maths and English proficiency preferred.
