Our client is a leading professional services firm with an HR team of four staff and approximately 150 professional staff. Reporting to the HR Director and HR Manager, this role will have a generalist HR focus with a strong Learning & Development element.
You will:
- Be primary point of contact for trainees
- Book trainee's college courses
- Administer training contracts
- Support trainees with their professional development
- Provide support system for struggling students and handle exam failures
As the successful candidate you will:
- Be experienced within a similar L&D focused role
- Ideally be studying CIPD
