Full time hours on a temporary basis
To act as Project Manager for planned maintenance and improvement projects as assigned, providing a professional and efficient service, ensuring that works are carried out within the agreed constraints of time, budget, quality and performance and in compliance with statutory legislation, building regulations, health and safety policies and financial regulations.
To act as lead professional in all aspects of inspections, design and building contract procurement
