We're on the look for a HR Administrator, to join this really welcoming team based in Bristol. They're offering a basic salary of £24,500 per annum, with potential for this to increase after probation. For this role you need to be a real people person, that is able to build good relationships with colleagues, but whilst being able to remain professional at all times. Whether you have experience in HR or not, they are open to a variety of backgrounds for this role.

The role of HR Administrator involves:

  • Supporting on the full internal recruitment process.
  • Pre screening potential candidates to join the company.
  • Being part of internal interviews with the Management team.
  • Researching and preparing of important documents such as contracts.
  • Organising of company-wide events and activities.
  • Managing the internal communications for the team including emails and phone.
  • Assisting payroll by monitoring and reporting absences, holiday and contract changes.
  • Recording information for internal meetings.

For the HR Administrator, you need:

  • Previous experience within Administration, People, Recruitment or similar.
  • An extremely professional and warming manner.
  • Understanding of policies or relevant qualifications - however not essential.
