We have numerous offices around Australia and have now expanded our operation to the United Kingdom, we are now on the hunt for the person who will have an important role and opportunity of the growth of our operations here in the uk.

We are seeking a dedicated individual for an administration role in our newly established UK office. While the primary focus will be on administrative duties estimated (60%), this position will also involve sales work on site (40%) until our office expands to support a full-time admin position. This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to both our operational and sales efforts during this exciting growth phase.

Responsibilities will include:

Work within front reception, greeting guests with a contagiously bubbly yet professional attitude.
Assisting with sales processing and verification.
End-to-end recruitment (job advertising / managing applications / running phone and face-to-face interviews)
Facilitating induction days and contract onboarding.
Assisting with timesheets and payroll.
Provide support to field managers and sales team
Maintain a clean and professional office environment
Organise weekly crew nights and social events for the team.
General administration and office support
Manage stock levels and distribution to the sales teams
Support the senior management team with operational and ad hoc tasks.
Create and facilitate weekly bonuses for sales teams.

The ideal candidate will;

Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be highly presentable at all times.
Have beginner skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Possess great attention to detail.
Have fantastic organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure.
Be driven, confident and motivated.
Be a fast learner
Be able to work 40 hours a week Monday - Friday.

Experience in administration or recruitment is a plus, but not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

As they will be representing the business on all levels, they will have a lively, outgoing personality and great sense of humour while maintaining a professional manner. The successful applicant will be working directly alongside the Managing Director and within the administration team, but will be self-managed, highly trustworthy and reliable at all times. Time management and self-motivation are crucial.
