We are currently looking to recruit for a Customer Service Team Leader world leading supplier of environmental technology products based in Bamber Bridge, Preston.
Overseeing a team of 2 Customer Service and 2 Technical Product Specialists this position would be ideal for someone who would consider themselves as organised, able to manager a busy workload and technically minded able to learn and advise on products.
As Customer Service Team Leader your duties will include...
- Overseeing and allocating the workload of the customer service and technical product team
- Processing orders and proactively working with customers alongside the team
- Supporting the team with escalated queries
Salary, Hours, Location and Benefits
- £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
- Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm (flex start time of 8:30am or 9am with a shorter lunch 37.5 hours per week)
- Hybrid working available, office based in Bamber Bridge
- 22 days annual leave increasing by with length of service to a maximum of 28 days plus bank holidays
