Property Accounts Administrator - £33k NW London

We need from you:
- Previous experience in Property or Block management accounts and/or administration
- Exposure/experience using Qube and/or Xero
- You will need to be fluent in Excel & exceptional math skills
- Exceptional work ethic
- Be able to communicate with high-net-worth individuals
- Exceptional customer service skills
You'll never be bored as you'll be....
- Collecting service charges, ground rent and any other payments due for the building
- Supporting the Estate Manager with administrative tasks, minutes on AGM's etc...
- Overseeing parking permits and rental agreements for additional spaces
- Preparing VAT spreadsheet for accountant
- Bank reconciliation
- Invoice payments & general banking
- Front of house management and office supplies
- CRM database management
