Governance Support Administrator

Fixed Term Contract until September 2025, Part Time (18.75 hours per week)

As Governance Support Administrator, you'll work primarily with internal customers to resolve queries and requests. Acting as a point of contact for enquiries relating to governance, data protection and insurance, you'll support colleagues to resolve incoming queries in a timely and effective manner.

You'll assist in supporting the team in managing the governance calendar, ensuring that report and meeting cycles are effectively supported and preparing and processing invoices through the Microsoft F&O system. You'll maintain accurate records for subject access requests, data breaches, insurance claims and other information management requirements, as well as undertaking any other duties as may reasonably be required in order to meet the changing needs of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have administrative experience across different areas of work.
  • Have strong IT skills and highly competent with Microsoft Office.
  • Be able to work proactively at a fast pace and under pressure to meet objectives and targets whilst managing a range of conflicting demands and deadlines.
  • Be a strong communicator with outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience of customers to manage potential conflicts.
  • Have an understanding of, and commitment to, confidentiality.
  • Be able to build credible relationships, influence and advise stakeholders and communicate at different levels within Stonewater.

Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document
