We are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Branch Manager to lead our Leicester operations. This role is perfect for someone who places a strong emphasis on customer service and is passionate about delivering a first-class experience. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Lettings Consultants and Asset Managers.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for both Tenants and Landlords.
- Oversee all aspects of asset management and lettings performance across the portfolio.
- Recruit, train, and manage new team members.
- Review and audit asset management and portfolio performance regularly.
- Run weekly compliance reports.
- Support Asset Managers with utility management and in-tenancy legal notices when necessary.
- Introduce and educate landlords on new legislation requirements and HMO licensing.
- Provide investment advice to landlords on current and new portfolios.
- Handle complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Proactively create and convert new landlord and investor leads.
- Network to generate new opportunities.
- Oversee the lettings administration process and manage the marketing and advertising of the portfolio.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to manage marketing events.
- Deliver weekly lettings reports and monthly profit and loss reviews to the Operations Manager.
- Conduct regular landlord meetings and audit inspection processes and reports.
- Conduct monthly 1-2-1s, staff reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Set and review Lettings KPIs with the Operations Manager.
- Ensure office compliance, upkeep, and manage office vehicles and refreshments.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong ability to manage tasks from start to finish.
- Experience in lettings (preferred).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Details:
- Hours of Work: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 15 Saturdays per year (10am - 3pm).
- Salary: £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
