HR Manager (Standalone)
Based: South West London
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
Join a growing law firm as an HR Manager and make a significant impact on the organisation. We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to support the business leaders and manage the HR function of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive HR experience, preferably within a professional services environment, to take their career to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the firm.
- Identify training needs and develop initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the firm.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
- Manage Right to Work (RTW) checks and ensure compliance with immigration and employment laws.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Desirable: CIPD level 5 or above qualification, demonstrating a high level of HR expertise.
- Bring a wealth of experience as an experienced HR professional.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of UK employment laws, regulations, and HR best practises.
- Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of driving results.
- Excel in organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
