HR Manager (Standalone)

Based: South West London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Join a growing law firm as an HR Manager and make a significant impact on the organisation. We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to support the business leaders and manage the HR function of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive HR experience, preferably within a professional services environment, to take their career to new heights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations and address any HR-related issues.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all levels of the firm.
  • Identify training needs and develop initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge within the firm.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes.
  • Manage Right to Work (RTW) checks and ensure compliance with immigration and employment laws.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Desirable: CIPD level 5 or above qualification, demonstrating a high level of HR expertise.
  • Bring a wealth of experience as an experienced HR professional.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of UK employment laws, regulations, and HR best practises.
  • Showcase strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a track record of driving results.
  • Excel in organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
