We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for a lettings company in Nantwich, We are seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Hours:- Monday to Friday 9.45am - 4.15pm, and every other Saturday
Pay: £13.00p/h
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the renewals of gas and electrical safety certificates, arranging appointments with tenants for works to be carried out, coordinating repair works with contractors, and conducting property inspections.
The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service, time management, and communication skills. Previous experience in property management would be an advantage. It is also essential to have access to your own car with a full driving licence.
