Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in preparing and delivering engaging lesson plans tailored to early years children.
- Support individual students and small groups to reinforce learning concepts through play-based and structured activities.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Prepare and organise learning materials and resources appropriate for EYFS.
- Provide support during school activities and outings.
- Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student development.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate high standards of classroom practice.
