We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fundraising Campaign Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching and managing a unique two-step fundraising campaign. This campaign aims to recruit donors to give a single financial gift and subsequently convert them into regular monthly donors through our in-house telemarketing team. This is a vital role that combines strategic planning with hands-on execution to support Oxfam's critical campaigns, such as Make Polluters Pay and Ceasefire Now.

The role:

  • As our Fundraising Manager you will work with our In-House recruitment agency Inspired People, to build, nurture and grow a values-led and diverse team of one off gift fundraisers and Team Leaders.
  • Drive performance against targets and KPIs in a Door-to-Door and festival setting for Oxfam GB's direct engagement programme.
  • Embody Oxfam's values and culture ensuring our activity maximises delivery to Oxfam while upholding our industry leading standards.
  • You will be expected to be open-minded towards innovation and cross-channel collaboration as we explore exciting new opportunities.

About you:

  • Candidate who cares about Oxfam's mission to end poverty and is personally aligned to our feminist principles and values of empowerment, accountability and inclusion in all you do.
  • Highly motivated individual with a proven track record in Door-to-Door/ Face-to-Face Fundraising.
  • You will be target driven and able to drive and deliver results against industry leading performance and quality KPIs.
  • Have experience training and developing new and existing D2D team members to reach their full potential through excellent leadership and individual performance management.
  • Be ambitious, flexible, and organised: someone who can strike a good balance between being strategic, tactical and innovative. A forward-thinking mindset and a resourceful, driven approach to work are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team and Target Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of fundraisers to achieve campaign targets. Set individual and team goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Campaign Development: Deliver a comprehensive two-step fundraising campaign test, including setting goals and creating timelines.
  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and deliver innovative strategies to engage donors, securing single gift donations, and ensuring a high opt-in rate for future contact.
  • Donor Engagement: Train and support fundraisers to effectively communicate the urgent need for support, encouraging one-off donations and opt-ins for future contact.
  • Telemarketing Coordination: Work closely with the in-house telemarketing team to ensure consistent and aligned messaging between face-to-face and telemarketing fundraisers.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on campaign progress and adjust approach as needed to achieve campaign targets
