As a Solutions Engineer you will be an integral member of their successful Engineering Department, renowned for its industry-leading expertise and a culture of collaboration.

In this fast-paced, dynamic role, you will:

  • Collaborate with consultancies on highway schemes, offering expert support and guidance to internal & external stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive Scheme Support, encompassing product guidance, design, operations, production, procurement, compliance, and technical documentation, ensuring adherence to highway standards, legislation, and drawing specifications.
  • Contribute to the broader business objectives by supporting sales, contracts, operations, and production teams with your technical and engineering insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, including Scheme Designers, Scheme Delivery Partners, Highways Authorities, Product Installers, and Product Specifiers, through active engagement and participation.
  • Monitor project performance against established plans and budgets, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Skills Profile:

  • A relevant higher education qualification in Civil, Construction, or Structural Engineering.
  • Experience in highways is advantageous but not essential, showcasing a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in CAD and MS Office is essential, enabling efficient and accurate technical work.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with highway design teams, upholding the highest technical standards.
  • A robust technical acumen with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
