As a Forklift Driver, your main responsibilities will include:
- Operating forklifts to load and unload delivery vehicles and containers.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service by delivering orders accurately and efficiently.
- Reviewing orders prior to delivery and obtaining confirmation from clients.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the forklift and the warehouse.
- Conducting daily safety checks and risk assessments.
- Adhering to all traffic and transportation regulations.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a forklift driver.
- Counterbalance and Reach License
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in manual handling.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if necessary.
- Willingness to undergo any required training.
