Customer Service Executive

Our client is a leading financial services business based in the Liverpool area.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join a busy and fast-growing financial services business. The role involves addressing customer needs, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Answering all inbound customer care queries
  • Resolve any customer issues, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Update customer records (CRM) in the system after every customer interaction.
  • Escalate unresolved queries or complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Build positive relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed performance and quality targets as set by management.
  • Stay updated on new product information and company developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is essential (experience in retail, call centres, or other customer-facing environments desired).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and patient when handling challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software (CRM) and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping customers.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in working within financial services desired but not essential
