Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective language lessons in one or more foreign languages.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
  • Lead the MFL department (for Head of MFL position), overseeing curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
  • Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the student experience.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in a relevant language or related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
  • Leadership experience (for Head of MFL position) is desirable.
