Responsibilities:
- Protect premises and property against damage, theft, unauthorised access, or disorderly behaviour
- Conduct regular patrols to maintain a visible presence and deter potential security breaches
- Monitor security systems and respond promptly to any alarms or incidents
- Ensure adherence to security procedures and regulations
- Carry out various administrative tasks such as writing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist visitors or employees when needed
- Collaborate with other members of the security team to maintain a safe and secure environment
Requirements:
- Possess a valid SIA licence for Security Guarding
- Proven experience in security roles or a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of security operations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
