Description
- Oversee the company's recruitment process from start to finish
- Create and post job advertisements on appropriate platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and interview potential candidates
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain a database of potential future candidates
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
- Work closely with department managers to clarify recruitment needs and requirements
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
Profile
A successful Internal Recruitment Resourcer should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, or experience in internal/agency recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media for recruiting
- Strong decision-making skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods
- Knowledge of labour legislation
- An ability to conduct different types of interviews
