THE COMPANY: Our client is a top law firm who are seeking a Junior Secretary to join their London office on a permanent basis.
THE ROLE:
- Complex diary management for partners and scheduling meetings and appointments accordingly
- Drafting high quality correspondence, letters, documents, agendas and reports
- Taking meeting minutes and producing action lists
- Building strong relationships with internal and external clients
THE PERSON:
- Experience in a junior secretarial role within a legal environment
- Experience in a service driven environment with stakeholder confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong understanding of all MS Office applications
