Office Admin Assistant

Coach Hire Edinburgh are looking for an Office Administrator Assistant to join our team. We are a small but growing family run business in East Calder. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-orientated and possess strong communication skills.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to perform in a busy environment and prioritise effectively

  • Reliable and dependable

Responsibilities

  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Process customer and supplier invoices
  • Take, track and reconcile customer payments
  • Input and update customer bookings
  • Accounting and payroll processing
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Experience

Knowledge of accounting with Xero or other relevant system, preferred but not essential.

A good understanding of Microsoft Excel

Additional Information

Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
