Do you thrive on building relationships and achieving sales targets? Are you an experienced Business Development Manager seeking a fresh opportunity? If the answer is YES, then this could be the permanent position you have been looking for!

Our client are a dynamic start-up sales agency within the education industry, that are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join their growing team. You will play a vital role in managing sales pipelines and strategies to ensure growth within advertising and sponsorship sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage the sales journey and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients
  • Generate advertising plans
  • Ensure records are kept updated on the CRM Systems

Person Specification:

  • 5+ years' experience within sales/business development
  • Good knowledge of generating and contacting new sales leads
  • Previous experience working in a sales agency is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for sales and business development
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Hours of work will be, Monday to Friday - 9:00am - 5.00pm
