Deputy Ward Manager
Salary: £48,139 - £55,000 Per annum D.E.O + Excellent Benefits
Location: Wolverhampton, West Midlands

HCR is recruiting a Deputy Ward Manager for a creative private healthcare mental health service the innovative company are specialist in Eating Disorders, CAMHS, Acute Elderly Dementia, Specialist Education, and Supported living. We require a Deputy Ward manager to join a high-performing high-tech innovational CAMHS and Eating Disorder hospital.
Deputy Ward Manager Duties:
- Provide clinical leadership to the day-to-day management of the nursing team by prioritising and monitoring the workload ensuring duties are delegated safely and effectively.
- The Deputy Ward manager will provide expertise and guidance on delivering nursing care.
- The Deputy Ward Manager will support recruitment and staff retention
- Ensure safe staffing levels across the service are met.
- The Deputy Ward Manager will ensure all regulatory standards are being adhered to.
- The deputy ward manager will motivate and lead the team to work towards outstanding nursing care levels.

Deputy Ward Manager Requirements:
- To already be working in a leadership and management role
- RMN or RNLD-qualified
- Ideally to have a level 4 qualification or higher in leadership and management
- Ideally have experience in CAMHS or Eating Disorders
- To be an effective communicator
