Are you a motivated, experienced Senior Level Manager with a background in manufacturing or eCommerce and ready for a step up to Head of Operations? You will lead plans for expansion while as Head of Operations you will be playing a key role in overseeing operations, managing people and driving growth strategies.
Job duties of the Head of Operations are to:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the business and expand market reach.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and mentoring employees.
- Drive product development initiatives from concept to production, ensuring alignment with design and quality standards.
- Oversee multi-channel eCommerce activities, including website management, marketing campaigns, and sales optimisation.
- Monitor financial performance and budgetary compliance, implementing measures to enhance profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and maximize productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to support business objectives.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience in a senior managerial role within the manufacturing and/or ecommerce industry.
- Hands-on experience in managing operations at a senior level.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with design processes and creative industries is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving business growth and innovation.
