Junior Office Administrator

Due to expansion our Client is seeking to recruit a talented Junior Office Administrator.

Our client is keen to receive applications from those new to full-time employment or very early on in their career; school and college leavers are encouraged to apply.

Our client will offer long-term growth and future development and training within the company. You will need to be educated to GCSE, A-level or equivalent, be a good communicator written and verbal and be naturally outgoing and approachable.

Note, this position is administrative and customer assistant focused and would not suit those seeking a formal finance or accounting career.

Who will you be working for?

Our Client is a well known and established accountancy firm located in North West London

Note, this is an in-office position working across 35 hours per week.

What will you be doing?

The Junior Office Administrator will provide service to everyone in the building, ensuring that needs are met and that the office runs smoothly with all tasks completed in a timely manner

You will be working within an office environment, duties will include (but will not be restricted to):

  • Reception work; meeting and greeting visitors and answering the telephones.
  • Ordering of stationary and supplies.
  • Team assistance which may include running errands.
  • General administration.
  • Office maintenance.
  • Data entry.
  • sorting post.
  • Producing documents as required; including laminating and binding, filing etc.
  • Other duties as required.

About you.

You will need a positive can-do attitude with a positive approach to work. You will need to be computer savvy and be a clear communicator.

In addition:

  • Educated ideally to GCSE, A-level or equivalent.
  • Previous experience within a client/customer facing role.
  • IT literacy.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive attitude.

This is a permanent position working in-office Monday-Friday across 35 hours per week.
