A growing business that is recognised as one of the oldest and most trusted online car leasing companies in the UK is looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team in Stoke-on-Trent. Along with a salary of up to £25,000 per annum, you will also receive a full uniform, free gym membership and fully expensed external events.
As Contracts Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Requesting proofs from customers
- Producing finance contracts and issuing them to customers
- Resolving customer challenges
- Guiding customers through their document journey
- Using multiple systems
- Answering the telephone
- Looking after in life customer queries
We're looking for a Contracts Administrator with:
- A driving license and access to your own vehicle
- IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, database management and CRM's)
- Willingness to be on the phone, speaking to customers/suppliers and dealing with challenging conversations
The ideal person will be happy on the phone, be personable and customer focused, with the ability to deal with challenging customer conversations on occasion, delivering difficult news to customers and resolving issues. You will be progressing lease vehicles through the sales process, therefore attention to detail is of paramount importance.
You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:45-17:30, with 1-hour for lunch.
