The Role: Service Advisor
The Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00
Location: Storrington
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 -
Job role
- Answering Phones
- Booking appointments
- Dealing with customers on a face-to-face basis as well as over the phone and email
- Liaising with Technicians consistently and pro-actively as well as the Office Manager
- Managing and returning stock
- Ordering relevant parts for specific vehicles and Jobs
Candidate requirements:
- Admin and Office experience is essential
- Motor Trade experience preferred but not essential
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment within a team setting
- Basic computer knowledge (Training will be given for the use of Garage software)
- Ability to prioritise efficiently and multi task
- Good organisational skills
- Good and punctual Time management
