My client in Thame is looking for a Customer Support Administrator for a 6-month fixed contract.
The main function of this position is to provide admin support to the sales team.
This will include duties such as:
- Ensuring contract information is correct and up to date
- Handling inbound calls and email
- Managing several administrative systems.
You will need to have:
- Office experience with excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- This contract will suit someone who is confident, has an eye for detail and can adapt easily to a changing environment.
This is an office-based position with working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary is 21k per annum, pro rata with benefits that include free on-site parking, company pension and private healthcare.
