Description
As a Senior Finance Business Partner duties will include but are not limited to:
- Lead financial planning and budgeting operations for the unit.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports.
- Ensure financial compliance with public sector regulations.
- Participate in decision-making processes related to financial matters.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial forecasting.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Manage a team of finance professionals and ensure their development and performance.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A full Accountancy Qualification- ACCA/ CIMA/ CIPFA/ ACA
- Extensive Finance Business Partnering skills
- Worked with non-finance stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
