The successful QA Technician to carry out routine incoming material inspections, dispositioning, and transacting material on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. In addition, there will be a requirement to carry out first article inspections, write up FAI reports and work with suppliers to arrange processing and shipment of critical devices.
The role will involve:
- Responsibility for adhering to the Company's ISO 9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental and ISO45001 Health and Safety management systems.
- Carry out routine incoming material inspections, dispositioning, and transacting material on the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Carry out first article inspections and write up FAI reports.
- Processing and submitting NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and communicating internally and with supply chain as required to resolve.
- Respond to Contract Electronic Manufacturer requests for critical devices and process orders and shipments ensuring compliance with ESD protocols.

- Ideally with a Quality background and familiar with ISO9001 and ISO14001 management system and environmental regulations.
- Ideally familiar with electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical components
- Confident, motivated, and well organised
- Enjoys handling detail and ensuring information supplied is correct and accurate.
- Good IT skills and computer literacy particularly Microsoft Office - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and use of databases.
