Part Time Customer Experience Specialist

Contract Personnel is working an exciting opportunity to join a small Customer Satisfaction Team in Norwich on a part time, temporary basis.

As an outbound Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility is to reach out to their customers and gather feedback on their experience after visiting the workshop.

Daily tasks include:

  • recording and document customer responses accurately in the company's database
  • providing feedback to the Service Managers across all 8 locations.

You will also be responsible for promoting their strong values of trust, respect, caring, and togetherness, as they take immense pride in thier commitment to these values.

My client is looking for the following:

  • Good timekeeping.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Empathy, active listening, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong team player.
  • Goal orientated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer satisfaction

You may be required to carry out additional duties as requested by the line manager.

Hours: 16 hours per week (on a rolling 2 week rota) and this will include every other Saturday morning.
