The role:
Reporting to the Director of Finance with a dotted line to the Head of Risk, you will be responsible for:
- minute taking across 3 different committees
- General administration duties for the charity
- Preparing documentation from meetings
- Maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism at all times
The person:
- You will be an experienced administrator with experience of minute taking
- You will be meticulous with off-the-charts attention to detail
- You will be experienced in maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information correctly
