Role: Front of House Receptionist
Location: Bedford
Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1700 ( with an hour for lunch)
Salary: £12.50
Temporary to Permanent
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Front of House Receptionist to join our client's successful team.

Role Overview:
- Be the face of the premises for all Client Employees, Contractors and their guests who will pass through your reception area, call up or email in
- Set-up kitchen, meeting rooms and office space to a high standard each day
- Complete all administration and customer experience activity
- Be a key contact for meeting Room AV support requests
Responsibilities include:
- • Take responsibility for the operational standards and security requirements of the premises whilst on shift
- Handover issues and report on cleaning and maintenance standards
- Managing incoming and outcoming mail and deliveries
- Maintaining an organised reception area
What we need from you:
- Ideally 2 years of work experience in the hospitality, serviced office, property management or another reception-based industry
- Confident user or Microsoft office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- High service standards, used to keeping on top of the day to fay activities within an office environment
