Duties and Responsibilities

Organising the daily patient list and managing relevant files.

Handling appointment scheduling and reminders.
- Office Management:

Ordering office supplies and overseeing equipment maintenance.

Organising meetings and recording minutes.
- Patient Communication:

Responding to patient queries and providing assistance.

Ensuring accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Administrative Tasks:

Typing letters, clinical reports, and transcriptions.

Updating databases and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

Requirements:
