Description

As a Business Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Managing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and documents.
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinating with other departments for effective information sharing.
  • Ensuring office supplies are maintained.
  • Adhering to the organisation's policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful 'Business Administrator' should have:

  • A good standard of education including Maths and English.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office & Adobe.
