Dynamite Recruitment are honoured to be working with a multimillion pound business that can offer a range of services to their customers specifically around BMS, Mechanical and Electrical Critical Services.
I am seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team which will act as a Site Supervisor to support the Senior Project Manager. This will be supporting on an ongoing project on a prestigious site in Canary Wharf. This is a BMS Distech upgrade across over 140 panels and their could be potential for the right person to stay on permanently due to a good amount of work.
This role will be a support function to the Senior Project Manager and
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site inductions for direct and sub contract labour
- Carry out daily site meetings to ensure that health and safety is being carried out and the relevant regulations are being adhered to
- Ensure you are aware of any project updates and that this has been communicated to the senior project management teams
- Ensure the team are engaged and tool box talks are motivating and communication and expectations have been made clear to ensure the team are all on the same page
- Look over and submit permits and RAMS to the clients online portal
- Ideally to have SSSTS / SMSTS qualification
- BMS experience is ideal but not essential
