111 Clinical Advisor
Reed Health and Care are pleased to be recruiting 111 Clinical Advisors to work 50% between home and on site in Chesterfield.
We are looking for fully pathways trained 111 Clinical Advisors with at least 6 months pathways trained experience
As a clinical advisor you will provide comprehensive telephone triage using the NHS Pathways systems. You will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers.
As a senior member of the team you will provide advice and support to Health Advisors and frontline operational colleagues.
You will facilitate the provision of accurate healthcare information, self-care/health improvement or referral to the appropriate level and location of care.
What you will need to succeed:
- NMC or HCPC registered.
- Fully Pathways Trained up to 6 months
- Ability to travel onsite 50% of your shifts
