FINANCE MANAGER - UP TO £420/DAY - ASAP START DATE - BANBURY
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a brilliant business in Banbury that are looking for a full-time Finance Manager to join the team ASAP for a short assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Management Accounts preparation and reporting.
- Preparing budgets and forecasting.
- Managing a team of 2 transactional staff (responsible for AP and AR/Credit Control).
- Year-end accounting.
- Leading on the audit and dealing with auditors.
- Partnering with the Operations Director.
- Key analysis of manufacturing costs; labour costs; product costing; cost pricing; sales analysis etc.
Requirements:
- Experienced all-round finance user MS D365/FO.
- Advanced general ledger skills.
- Advanced accounts payable skills.
- Advanced accounts receivable skills.
- Balance sheet reconciliation/specification.
- Good level of excel skills.
- Problem solver.
- Self-starter/able to work independent without daily supervision.
