The Candidate
I am working on a vacancy for a Family law solicitor (4 yrs PQE) who has experience for a fantastic regional firm who can run a caseload of divorce/finance and children files to work in their busy family department based at our Bolton/Bury office.
The position will involve travel to courts and other offices therefore candidate must have a car available for work use.
Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.

The Role
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Run own private caseload and work independently
- Capability of undertaking a mix of Legal Aid & Private Family work in all areas, however the work is mostly private family work
- Ability to use CCMS and have a sound understanding of legal aid criteria
