Administrator - Hybrid & Flexible
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to support the sales, finance and stock management teams as well as provide administrative support to members of the senior management team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative support for sales order processing
- Raise orders, effect dispatches within the warehouse cut off times.
- Customer invoicing including EU VAT triangulation.
- Raising of proformas.
- Review of stock lists and reconciliations.
- Administration and processing of stock within Amazon and the invoicing and processing of those orders.
- Management of the debtor ledger and chasing payments.
- Cover for the Head of Operations to ensure the continued manufacture of stock to fulfil back catalogue orders and the building of day one stock for new releases.
- Ad-hoc administrative support for the Senior Management Team.
- Maintain a professional relationship throughout all means of communication with all customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- An effective communicator, who is polite and professional in all their interactions both internally and externally.
- Someone, who can work quickly and efficiently, yet accurately.
- An ability to multi-task.
- IT literate, with an understanding of accounting packages. Experience of Sage is preferable, but training will be given.
- Attention to detail and diligent working attitude.
- Ability to communicate directly with senior management and members of the wider company at all levels in a positive and constructive manner to deliver business objectives
