EAC are representing a growing Organisation with progressive growth plans. They are looking for a Sales Assistant / Hire Controller to support the team processing sales and hires of tools and equipment.

On offer:
- Basic salary around £30,000
- Close - knit team
- Monday - Friday 7:30am-5:00pm OR 8:00-5:30
Duties of a Hire Controller:
- Provide excellent customer service through enthusiasm and knowledge of our products.
- Have great communication skills - via telephone, emails and face to face.
- Process sales enquiries and orders with consistence and accuracy.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
- Touch base with old customers
- Confidence in researching and sourcing non-stock products.
- Follow up quotations and have the ability to close sales opportunities.
- Always look to maximise the sale through upsell and cross sell.
Ideal Hire Controller:
- Experience dealing with rentals or hiring out equipment
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building internal relationships
- Proactive attitude with a natural ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely task
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential
