I am working in partnership with a dynamic, family-run automotive company on the outskirts of Bristol, who are dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. My client is seeking a motivated individual to join their sales team and help drive their team success to new heights.

You will be working with a company whose values are rooted in family, and they treat all their team members like one. You will join a close-knit, supportive environment where your contributions are recognised and celebrated.

Role Overview:

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring they receive personalised attention and expert advice. Your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to work on-site. Working hours are from 08:30 AM to 06:00 PM, five days a week, which includes working on Saturdays . You will have a designated day off during the week, the dealership is closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
  • Present vehicles, features, and benefits to customers while addressing inquiries.
  • Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle capabilities.
  • Provide accurate information about pricing, financing options, and warranties.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored solutions for customers.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest automotive trends and product offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales for a minimum of a year in the automotive industry is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for cars and enthusiasm for staying updated on industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Valid driver's license.
