Hays are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contracts Manager with a strong construction background to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific experience in rendering. You will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction contracts from inception to completion.
- Negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documents, change orders, and correspondence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on project status and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
What will we need from you?
- Proven experience as a Construction Contracts Manager or similar role.
- Great knowledge of PLC Rendering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Email and general IT is a must.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
