Description
The Finance Assistant's role will be varied. Duties of the Finance Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- Dealing with all aspects of the purchase ledger including processing purchase orders and invoices
- Support with payment runs and suppliers
- Liaise with suppliers and internal customers to resolve any purchase order, invoice or payment queries
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Managing and reconciling Petty Cash
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- Have demonstrated experience working in Finance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience using Accounting software.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with colleagues and suppliers.
