Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with cash collection related to the organisation's debtor books.
- Review and segment the student debtor ledger to identify opportunities for releasing cash, including liaising with relevant parties to review debts and engage with students.
- Help students with fee-related queries and process any necessary changes of circumstance.
- Negotiate payment schedules and encourage early settlement of outstanding debts.
- Provide a welcoming, responsive, and professional service to all customers, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable Team to improve services and administrative processes.
- Ensure all tasks comply with current legislation and organisational policies, maintaining confidentiality as required.
- Document policies and procedures for best practice credit control.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required by senior team members.
